REFLECTION

I’m not ready to leave yet!

Just a few days from now, we will going to leave our school and go to our own different ways to college. We will be going to our paths that we choose to travel. Everything will be new again just like the beginning, new classmates, new teachers and new surroundings.

The hard thing now is how will we be able to adjust ourselves again? To these new environment that we have and that is the problem now, I am sure that everyone of us will miss each other especially for those who have created tight bond and strong connections already. How will you leave this family that you’ve been with for the four years of your lives? Of course it’s going to be hard but we have to do it. Face the world alone just like from the start when we first step our feet in school.

For this last grading the only problem I encounter is time management, how am I going to use my time wisely in making requirements, projects, assignments and other outputs? Time is moving too fast and deadlines are getting nearer and nearer that’s why I’m pressured.

Although there are many activities and a lot things to do I still find a way to pass my requirements on time and even before the deadline with the help of my friends and parents. I’m so lucky to have them because I can count on them. I didn’t waste my time  watching TV, browsing on the internet or playing in my phone instead I use my time to work with my unpassed projects.

Moving on, I will continue my life on college and I will forever cherish all the memories I have experience in my school. I will always remember the lessons that I’ve learn here. I’m not ready to leave yet but life must go on no matter what happens.

MY DREAM, MY FUTURE

Once upon a dream

When I was still a little kid I used to dream that my life would be a fairytale like the princesses in the movie. I want to live in a palace like Aurora does, I want to have seven dwarves like Snow White, I want to explore the kingdom of water like Ariel did, I want to be as brave as Mulan, I want to have a fairy God mother too like Cinderella, I want to ride on a magic carpet like Jasmin and I want to experience to be in a palace with talking cabinet, pot, candle and a beast then eventually find out that they are humans like Bell did.

That was my dream  before and I always tell to myself that, one day when I grow up I’m going to be just like them and then fast forward. After eleven years and now here I am, a typical sixteen year old fourth year high school student living her life the way she wanted it to be.

Now, reality hits me fairytale only happens in the movies. Since it doesn’t exist in real world, I make my own version. I’m still a princess but not with the gown, tiara and a prince just a simple princess living with her family in a not so elegant palace but in a fine house.

Now if you are going to ask me what is my dream? Well just a simple dream because I realize that I don’t need a fairytale to be happy in life, just living with my family, having true friends with me, good career and enough money to use for the living are already fine with me.

This time I wanted to fulfill my goals in life such as to graduate on collage and become a teacher someday and while teaching I’m enjoying the beauty of life and living my life to the fullest. Right now all I need is to do everything I can to make my dreams come true because if there was one thing that the fairytale movies teach me that is to go, live with my dream.

Of course it’s not going to be easy, there might be witches on my journey to stop me but as long as I have the determination and faith in myself and to God  I am sure I can make it and maybe someday on my way I’m going to meet my prince who will come in a perfect time. We will make our own family and I might get the chance to live a happily ever after. The End.

CHANGE: IT STARTS WITH ME

Change for the better not for the worse

Nothing is permanent in this world, people change. Nothing stays the same. Well for me change is not a bad thing at all except if that change is for the worse not for the better.

People nowadays can easily judge someone especially when they see a big difference on that person. Like changing the styles of clothing, hair and everything in their appearance. Most of celebrities usually experience these cases.

Maybe they just wanted to look unique from the others and make their own signature styles but some of us failed to understand that. There’s always bashers in every fans, there’s always bad comments in the good ones and there’s always this one person in your life who will try to put you down while you’re going up and I think that there’s only one big reason behind all of these things and that is INSECURITY.

I admit that sometimes I am insecure but I will never ever let this to change me in my worst version. It’s true that you cannot please everybody. That whenever I try to make a difference they will always have their own opinions and sayings to me but at the end of the day, it is either I’ll listen to them or I’ll listen to my heart and mind, it’s me who have the final decision to make. My surroundings and the people I have been with have a great contribution to change me, they can affect my personality but then again the change starts with me. No matter how big their influence, I have the will power to decide for the change that I wanted because I am the master of my faith and the captain of my soul.

Always remember that change starts in ourselves .Don’t ever think that you must change your whole personality so that people will like you the way they wanted you to be but if you feel that you should change for the better then go for it, as long as you’re happy and you’re doing the right.
